Through a Legacy Grant by the Arrowhead Library System of northeastern Minnesota, Joe was commissioned to do six large canvases for a permanent installation in the Chisholm Public Library to enhance the experience of library-goers.  

Joe combined history, whimsy and fantasy to make an interesting library experience for all visitors.
